Lavish Wardrobes Return Policy
At Lavish Wardrobes, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully, as it is designed to be transparent and fair.
1. Damaged or Faulty Items
Any damages or faults must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Reports made after this period may not be accepted.
To process a claim, please provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
2. Installed or Assembled Items
Items that have been partially or fully assembled/installed are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend checking the product and all parts before beginning assembly.
3. Returns Eligibility
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to inspection before approval.
4. Return Costs
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If a re-collection is required, a collection fee will be applied depending on your location.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, special-order products, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
